Anybody else NOT getting their stats from CPS tracking codes? I have been asking CR for over a month now and after many requests they refuse to tell me where I can view my stats. I either get vague replies about having very little CPS affiliate info or just no reply at all.

Hey guys

All the stats from the old CPS brands since we took over can be viewed in your affiliate account.

As you guys are aware, those casinos were closed for a couple of weeks while in liquidation before we actually bought them out, so a lot of players went elsewhere because they weren’t able to play..

We have our retention team calling these guys every single day to try to get them back, and have been lucky with a lot, and not so lucky with others.

If your players ARE playing, or DO play again, the stats will be shown in your affiliate account. I’m quite positive that some other affiliates who promoted these brands who have players that decided to come back can comment that they see these figures in their stats.

On a side note, we didn’t buy out the poker brands, so if you had any poker players, we didn’t pick those up and they will not show in your stats.

If you are still concerned, and want me to have another look, i’d be more than happy to do so… If you email me the bannertags you used to promote the CPS brands ill have another look at the mapping table to make sure all the players were tagged to your aff id.

I see this month a nostagia player wagering
and we did not have many players for casino profit share
so I am happy to see still some come back to play

the nostalgia player is an old player

Before the take over I was earning 300-400 per month with Casino Profit Share
Since the merger with CR not ONE player has been back.

Don’t get me wrong CR is a great group – creatives are more than adequate and payments are swift and accurate but…. obviously these players were scared away when the casinos closed for a few weeks. As a player – once a casino has closed down for any reason –
I would personally find it very hard to trust them again with my money.
