Amit I received the following message:

    Quote:
Due to recent developments, Casino Partners will be issuing all payment in Canadian
Dollars, British Pounds Sterling, Euros, or Australian Dollars only. Payments will
not be made to US accounts or to US mailing addresses.

Does this mean US affiliates cannot promote your properties to players outside the US? And if we did so there is no payment mechanism in place to pay us commissions?

    :nervous:  :nervous:

And what about profits being generated currently? Are you going to immediatly lock usa affiliates out and confisicate their rightfully due earnings?

    Please clarify.

First off, hello to everyone and hope you’re all doing well. Do not worry!
We are and will always work with and pay US affiliates.

“Does this mean US affiliates cannot promote your properties to players outside the US? And if we did so there is no payment mechanism in place to pay us commissions?”

*Us affiliates can and should promote our properties to all nonUS players.
*Early next week we’ll give all US affiliates the option to choose between two convenient payment mechanisms. It would be outrageous for us NOT to offer a solution to our affiliates. Again, you’ll all be notified early next week.

“And what about profits being generated currently? Are you going to immediatly lock usa affiliates out and confisicate their rightfully due earnings?”

*All profits being generated currently and in the future will be paid for and continue. We are NOT locking usa affiliates out of or confiscating their rightfully due earnings.
We’ll be sending out a newsletter with the payment solutions shortly. We value all our affiliates and look forward to answering all your questions.

    Kind Regards,

    CPDirector

I’m glad to hear you guys are working on this as well. I hope you will consider Payspark as an option for U.S. affiliates…they seem to have the best chance of continuing to remain a reliable payment mechanism for US residents.

The online gaming industry has undergone some changes in the past months and has caused us to be very cautious in the decisions we make for our company and affiliates.

Following in depth consultation with our legal team, we have decided to continue making payments in United States Dollars to all affiliates, including those inside the United States.

We will therefore continue to pay US affiliates via wire transfers, bank drafts and checks in the form of USD to bank accounts and addresses inside the United States of America.

    Have a great weekend!
