In December, APCW members were invited to participate in a “Casino Feedback Survey”. The questions ranged over subjects such as chargeback rates, player complaints, speed of webmaster payments, and program satisfaction.
With the new APCW forum now available, these surveys have been compiled and published to the members area. Some results are what we expected, and some are suprising.
