I was told that income access are looking after players from the recently closed down casino craze. I have a player who has a complaint about his money being taken and not being responded to after the closure.
Can anyone help?
My stats zeroed out before the closure. I did write twice about it and never got an answer. It wasn’t a lot – I don’t remember how much, I had just started to send players when I found out they had the kangaroo slots.
Do you know if it’s true that income access are now on the case?
I haven’t heard anything – am waiting to hear here.
Sorry we can’t be of more help, but Income Access was not involved with Casino Craze’s affiliate management or casino operations.
Ok. I thought maybe they retained you to clean up after them as owldeath implied.
Owldeath, you can try to bring your player to Casinomeister.
Unfortunately Dom and owldeath2, we have had no involvement with the Casino Craze affiliate program. Have you tried to contact their support at [email protected]?
