Casino.com Announces Appointment of new Online Casino Affiliate Manager.
Casino.com is pleased to announce the acquisition of their new Affiliate Manager, Martyn Beacon. A well known face in the industry and a leading figure in his field, he joined the company on 14 January 2008.
Mr Beacon has been nominated for several awards including multiple nominations at the CAP Awards 2008. These have included nominations for Best Affiliate Manager, highlighting his commitment to the affiliate programme he has headed since 2005.
Beacon is excited about his new position. He stated “My expectations of the role are upbeat as this is a great opportunity for me to progress, learn a great deal more about the industry on a global scale and put my current skills and contacts to good use.”
Casino.com relaunched on 12 September 2007, and its new employee is excited about working for a company with a fresh outlook and customer base: “I know that my new position will bring many challenges, but I can’t wait to be on board. I have a passion for the industry and for my role.”
The Casino.com Affiliate Program is already live and has proven to be a great success, with many affiliate partners recognising the value of the domain name and the competitive launch offer. Managing Director Lars Dam-Johnsen said “Adding an industry leading Affiliate Manager such as Martyn means we can now move to the next level.”
Dam-Johnsen also described Beacon as being “very hands on and approachable, which completely mirrors the user friendly vision that everyone at Casino.com strives to achieve. He will be an asset to the company as he will work closely with affiliate partners to provide the best possible affiliate service.”

Managing DirectorJanuary 18, 2008 at 5:09 pm #758943AnonymousInactiveCongratulations, Martyn! Casino.com snagged a great affiliate manager.

January 18, 2008 at 6:24 pm #758947AnonymousInactiveI just noticed that they made the transition from aff site to casino. A logical progression – I’ve always thought that their domain name should really feature an online casino.
With the new aff manager it may even be one to add to the very short list of reputable Playtechs.
P.S.: Martyn, try to persuade your boss to get the multi language software for Playtech.
PPS: What exactly are the normal revenue tiers? The FAQ link on the aff side seems to link to the general casino FAQ and the popup link in the T&C doesn’t work.
January 18, 2008 at 9:06 pm #758955AnonymousInactiveWe are currently tracking their T&C’s (they work for us) at:
https://affiliates.casino.com/MAPAgentFront/map.aspx?pg=lp&p=LegalTermsAndConditions
They have a LONG way to go at this point, though, before we could recommend them (sorry Martyn!)
With that said, Martyn just received (yesterday) the list of issues we have with the Terms and Conditions including 1 predatory term and many missing items.
January 20, 2008 at 5:35 am #759011giftorgbestMembercasino.com used to be a casino portal of bossmedia casinos. It was a big waste to use such a good domain as a casino portal. Now I welcome casino.com comes back to online gambling industry. I will keep an eye on the development of casino.com when it is mature, I will promote it enthusiastically:inlove:
January 21, 2008 at 10:12 am #759062DanmanMemberShameless I’d say!
Any affiliates wishing to formally congratulate ‘Mr Beacon’ should send a tube of suntan lotion in a stamp addressed envelope to the Casino.com offices immediately
January 21, 2008 at 4:46 pm #759101AnonymousGuestOr alternatively, send Mr Beacon any rubbish you can find on your desk (including sweet wrappers) alongwith personally signed mouse mats, and claim it is a present to your dear friend.
Yes Martyn – the present has finally arrived, thanks! Tom and I loved it
January 21, 2008 at 11:48 pm #759153AnonymousInactiveCongrats Martyn

If they did that, it must have been years ago as for last 2 years they promoted loads of casinos (i dont remember seeing any boss casinos) and used to pimp Mansion :wink-wink pretty hard.
Anyhow casino.com is a great name and congrats Martyn
