InactiveI am increasingly getting concerned/worried/whatever the word is about casino coins and their stats, having sent them many many thousands of visitors and getting over a thoudans downloads ( not including an unbelievable) 700+ so far this Month alone ( yes downloads) I can count on 1 hand the number of depositors Ive had over the last year alone.
I have contacted Connie at casino coins who says the usual – downloads are attempted downloads and not necessarily completed downloads blah blah.
Now I would understand if this group were offering a no deposit type bonus as everyone gets loads of players taking this then moving on but never depositting, but they dont so that theory is out.
The other theory is there is some sort of problem with their download or their stats are faulty ( in a major way)
Anyone here in the “secret garden” got any faith in this group or some form of accepted player base and/or stats that make sense??
Thanks

MemberTalk about ugly stats… Take a look at mine at coins this month:
Year 2005
Month 8
Hits 2147
Downloads 4591
Registrations 24
Real Players 7
New Customers 2When I talk to Connie we go through the exact same routine every month. I complain about the stats and unbelievably poor conversion rates she comes back with the same excuses about attempted downloads then to add insult to injury shes swears her “top” affiliates are sending hundreds of players each month! This line of bullshit goes on for about ten minutes….
:blahblah:
Then she always has the exact same solution to the shitty conversions; “MORE Placements and Traffic”
Hello???
Over the five years Ive worked with them its been the same song and dance. I used to earn very good money with them, but that trailed off over a year ago when they brought on Yali. They tell me hes left the company now, but before he went he STOLE all my exisiting players and whales.
Rooster my advice is to provide them with minimal expsoure so that they pay you a token amount each month for your exisiting clients. Send your traffic elsewhere, you arent going to fix this problem.

InactiveI completely eliminated them years ago and every month they show a couple hundred clicks and some downloads and fun players.
When I redid my poker page I decided to include their poker because I wanted another with the software they use and the stats are independently managed as far as I know.
I was testing the page and in doing that sent a few clicks, my own, the page was not live yet.
They must have realized there were actual clicks (!!!!!) and they gave me a casino player (duh) and I won $50 for most improved affiliate or some such thing.

InactiveThanks for the advice, I have had her telephone me and like Prof says she talks in riddles and makes no sense, the fact of the matter is every other prog Im with produces -some good some bad but each one makes sense when you view the stats – give them prime spots they get prime results give them tiny links here and there and you get back tiny results ( sometimes good ones) – we all know this – but it is infuriating being told the opposite of what we know.
The time has come to get rid of them all together – if the stats are true there is something very wrong and my traffic has a more desrving home ( not at casino coins though)

InactiveI pulled Casino Coins last October and have made alot more money sending the traffic to other casinos. Casino Coins and Connie need a reality check.

InactiveI had to ask for payment for last 3 months and finally it should be received
this month … sad to know that they were at the bleeding edge when this
whole business started and they missed alot of opportunities to
take over more markets … but instead they were left eating dust.

InactiveThey forgot the most important thing – it’s the affiliates who make them money.
One by one they alienated their affiliates to the point of no return.
It came back to bite them.

InactiveInteresting. Connie sent me a PM last night to my CAP account asking if I was going to Vegas and if we could meet up. Even though I am not going to Vegas, I’ll give them a wide berth.
Incidentally change of topic slightly, but VPL have sent me a private message again on CAP asking why I haven’t removed them and their casinos from my rogue page yet. I have replied, stating that when they confirm publically that the reversal of the retroactive changes are permanent I will then remove them and not before.
Also a media buyer contacted me offering $10000 over the next two months to promote Belle Rock Casinos. It would therefore appear, that Riverbelle/Carmen Media are trying to buy targetted affiliates off. Needless to say I haven’t taken them up on their offer.

InactiveHey Web you should start a new thread for others who are approached by Belle to buy advertising, I said all along they were cutting out the affs to do their own thing.
I would start the thread myself but I have not been approached, probably because I never promoted them much.

InactiveYes – Although never ever did anything with them, they were on my site for all of a couple of weeks before I rogued them. But I do rank 4th for Referback in Msn.co.uk :rollover:
