I too am glad to see you here. Welcome.
August 14, 2004 at 3:04 pm #653398AnonymousInactiveI’d like to thank everyone for your very warm welcome. One question a few people have asked is how to help us in our fight against the DoJ. The first way is by helping us get the word out to everyone possible.
Publicity matters here. The actions of the DoJ have created a fear of prosecution in the industry, and it is important that it be known that the DoJ position is being challenged in a significant way by a legal team who has a history of being successful with constitutional challenges. Wide dissemination of this information will help to reverse a portion of the damage done by the unconstitutional acts of the DoJ. So let as many people know as possible, post notes on your website, link to http://online.casinocity.com/firstamendment so everyone can see the details of what is going on, create news articles based on the information we post on that site, and if you have a good relationship (or any type of relationship for that matter) with anyone in the news media, make sure they know the importance of this story, which will help in getting more articles written and spreading the word the DoJ position is wrong.
Some of you have asked about helping financially. I have had several discussions with the lawyers about how to set up an infrastructure where those who are able and would like to help in that fashion will have an easy way to do so. I’m not the type of person who is comfortable going out and soliciting for money, but we will make it easy so anyone who wants to help that way can, and certainly contributions to help in the case will be very helpful to us and to the success of the case.
Thanks again for your kind words of support.

much of the industry visits here and the posts are publicly visible.
Affiliates, affiliate programs and some operators frequent with regularity, and like in all forums you have a lot more lurkers than posters.
You are more than welcome to use this forum to generate publicity and to keep everyone updated.
Posting at WOL and the Meister’s also gives great exposure, you are off to a great start.
Feel free to post any articles or materials or anything you consider relevant here.
We will all spread the word. The best of luck (and I am very impressed and don’t think you will need much in the luck department! Solid case! )
August 14, 2004 at 6:52 pm #653409AnonymousGuestWelcome with hats off and wallet out CC.
I’ll be watching this thread so that I may contribute financially what I can spare because I’m certain that although this will get your site much attention (both good and bad), that your seeing much of that benefit in the time frame that would best be helpful is questionable.
and of course, the best of luck.
