Hi Renee / Yaniv
I remember reading somewhere on one of your sites there is a $4000 limit cashout per week. is that correct?
I don’t recall seeing this before …. if it is true … when was this rule added or has it always been there?
thanks

CheersMay 7, 2007 at 2:49 am #735796AnonymousInactiveHow about answering it in public too Renee.
Is there a low weekly cashout limit in operation ?May 7, 2007 at 3:03 am #735799AnonymousGuestI can answer that question ….. for laundering prevention reasons ….. only if you’ve deposited more than $5k … can you then withdraw any amount at any time.
makes sense. thanks CR.
May 7, 2007 at 3:04 am #735800cycloneMemberIn order to protect ourselves against cases where players who are not well known to us are cashing out large amounts (this is for cases such as identity theft, fraud etc) there is a 4K cash out rule where by the sum is paid out to the player in lots of up to $4K.
Players who have purchased more than a total of $5K with us across all their CR accounts in all of their time with CR are automatically exempt from this rule.
Note that some of the wallets also have this sort of safety check so in some cases even if we paid the total amount out to a player they would still have trouble getting it in sums larger than that out of the wallet.Cheers,

Is it OK for us to publish this on our sites ?
This gives us a heads up in answering player questions – and I beleive that it also provides reassurance to players if they can read about these commonsense systems …
