Hello everyone!
I just want to know if someone else have received a payment from Carmen Media, the new owner of the Referback group. Today I have received a small payment from this group on my Neteller account, but doesn’t match the due amount of my Referback december earnings, usually Referback it’s showed with it’s own name on the merchant list and doesn’t pay untill the 14/15 of the month. By the way…Is possible that Carmen Media own other casino groups? I can’t find any other informations related to this, and actually I’m not sure about the origin of this payment..any help to understand more will be very very appreciated! Many thanks!

January 13, 2006 at 5:47 pm #680695AnonymousInactiveMaybe it’s something they owed you from before?
January 13, 2006 at 7:50 pm #680710AnonymousInactivemmm….I’m almost sure that this is the Capital casino just because they had sent me that message after the transfer:
“Dear XXXXX,
Your affiliate commission of $XXXXXX has been paid into your NETeller account today. Transfer ID NT XXXXXX.
Kind regards,
Capital CasinoWhere Fortunes Are Made!
http://www.capitalcasino.comThe amount match the same that I’ve received from Carmen Media so this is the Capital that continue to work with my old codes. But the question is…where I can check my stats periodically? How can I manage this account? Since Capital leave Brightshare this is the first time that I have any notice from. I’ll ask and search more details and news to tell u more.
Bye!February 1, 2006 at 8:54 pm #682437AnonymousInactiveI got the following from them today – I’ve been trying to find out my stats for months and never got a single response. I’m sure there is play there, but I’ve never received any payment:

Please note that this termination of agreement is specific to Capital Casino and does not

February 1, 2006 at 9:50 pm #682445AnonymousInactiveYes, I have received the same message with an attached pdf signed by someone that working on Carmen Media…named “john Holmes”.
February 2, 2006 at 11:53 am #682479AnonymousInactiveI got that same email. In the email, in large print, was DO NOT REPLY with their support email below that.
I forwarded it to support and told them thanks for the advance notice. I told them it takes several hours to remove one casino from both of my sites, and that if they ever got a real aff program not to bother me with it because they are inconsiderate a**holes.
February 2, 2006 at 12:17 pm #682481AnonymousInactiveHi all,
This message is from Carmen Media and not ReferBack. I am not able to assist or add to this as we have not been the affiliate program of Capital Casino for more than 2 years.
Please direct your queries at Capital Casino or…
Cheers,
