Check this out http://riverbellecasino.iexchangelinks.com/ I am pretty sure that this is the same company website. As you will see they are promoting other casinos on this page besides River Belle Casino. Look at the bottom of the page Copyright 2004 © River Belle Casino: . All rights reserved Also I have heard that these websites are owned by the owner of Gaming Wages. Inoticed that they have removed the title Captains Free Casinos and text to the offending page I listed in the beginning of this thread. Still they have kept the sub domain page up http://captainsfreecasinos.dailycasinosnews.com This page must be taken down completely because it is still copyright infringement to be using my domain for a sub domain. I will not rest till this has been taken care of. I know of one other affiliate program that is going to close this affiliates account. Unethical behavior such as this needs to dealth with swiftly as to set a good example for all now and in the future.November 17, 2005 at 2:57 am #676671AnonymousInactiveHey Wayne,
Here is another http://www.rivercasinobelle.com , http://www.onlinecasinogamingclub.com Again I believe this to be the same owner.November 17, 2005 at 9:14 am #676680AnonymousInactiveHi Allan,
I have passed this on to the webmasters Account Manager. Thanks Allan.

November 17, 2005 at 5:44 pm #676705AnonymousInactiveHey Wayne,
I noticed they are now promoting Referback Casinos on this page http://riverbellecasino.iexchangelinks.com now. They have changed the page since last night. Also I notice they are redirecting the offending page http://captainsfreecasinos.dailycasinosnews.com to my site now thats to Lloyd Bright Share efforts. Still I want this page taken down completely. What actions are you taking against this company affiliate? The whole affiliate community is watching and waiting.Hey VD752,
Captain and I are lucky to have branded sites, i.e. our sites names are suggested by Wordtracker and Overture Keyword Suggestion Tool
You are absolutely correct. Affiliate webmasters and honest affiliate programs need to stick together to fight the scrapers and theives in this industry. Together we shall win against these crooks.
November 17, 2005 at 7:25 pm #676714AnonymousInactiveI was just reading this posting and I could not believe KevKev thinks it is ok to steal content. Taking titles is content theft, especially if they have something unique about them. As my copywrite attorney has suggested to me, is put something unique in the title to build even a stronger case against someone, which captain has clearly done.
It is illegal to steal peoples contents. This includes, graphics, meta tags and orignal words written by the site owners. KevKev if you still think it is ok, you better go check with a attorney specializing in copywrite laws on the internet.
The way you have been posting would suggest to me that you are guilty of copywrite theft. Are you?
November 18, 2005 at 6:05 am #676762AnonymousInactiveHi Allan,
As you can see there is progress and the affiliate is speaking to his affiliate manager. I am not able to influence the outcome, however I am sure it will be resolved.
Cheers,
