I think this affiliate should forfeit all commissions due the to the Captain as a punitive damage for his blatant theft.

I hope the affiliate programs take a positive pro affiliate stance on this sort of disgusting theft and hit the offending thief (I wont call him a webmaster) in the wallet and set an example that this sort of behavior wont be condoned or rewarded.

Once and for all please show disreputable affiliates that you mean business!

I would like to say that this matter has been resolved. The affiliate in questions had relinquished the title of:

However, due to the fact that the term “casinobonusrating” is widely used on the world wide web, we are not able to request that the affiliate remove the title from site. Please understand that this is a delicate matter and we used all necessary steps to ensure that this matter is resolved.
