December 24, 2008 at 6:38 pm #790938AnonymousInactiveHow will this work out if there are 3 of us ladies staying in a suite? It say’s 2 adults per rm but that will not work for me.
December 24, 2008 at 7:57 pm #790940AnonymousInactiveBonustreak, is this information you are looking for?
Per the Website:
“Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children or three adults. Additional charges for a 3rd person or additional guest/child will be charged at check out.”

December 29, 2008 at 7:36 pm #791096ggsoftwareMemberLooking forward to this!!
One note – the rate is USD 190 PER PERSON per night.
The details on http://www.capspringbreak.com/resort-and-travel.php say based on double occupancy.
I called the resort to confirm.Jason
December 29, 2008 at 11:31 pm #791111vladcizsolMemberThat rate is all inclusive which means besides a room you receive all your meals, snacks, room service, drinks (alcohol and other) and entertainment included. Thats a hell of a bargain compared what you’d pay at a non inclusive resort if you added up all the incidentals.
I am dying to go now and thaw out from my Christmas holiday in the snow brrrrrrr…..
December 30, 2008 at 6:46 am #791138AnonymousInactiveI agree it is a great deal but my girls are staying with me in 1 rm where I can watch them So there will be 3 in a room not 2 and I hope that is not an issue.

Most likely everyone will have to wear a bracelet so I would call to confirm this. I have a feeling you will have to pay an extra $80 a night or so as that”s the fee that goes towards the all inclusive food.

Alex, do you know roughly how many affiliates will show up vs operators?
Just a ballpark figure so we can estimate the worth of the trip, beside
the obvious “great time” worthDecember 30, 2008 at 9:08 pm #791201vladcizsolMembergenerally its a range of between 4 – 6 to 1 ratio at CAP Spring Breaks (4 – 6 affiliates to each affiliate manager/industry partner)

Always a hard one – What I will say is that this event will be different from the last couple of SpringBreaks in that it is back closer to its birthplace and that it is much more like how it started so a lot more informal and less of an official event but more of a meet up where we can network and have fun.
The thing with SpringBreak (as you know) is that there is usually less people than a normal event but because of the way its set up there is usually a lot more affiliates as afterall they don’t have a boss to ask if they can go spend near on a week on a beach in Mexico! Plus you usually get a lot more out of the event as its much more personal so you get to know people on a deeper level than simply a brief meeting in an expo room –
I should know more in around a month so will let you know then
January 7, 2009 at 4:54 am #791872AnonymousInactiveI just might make this my first CAP event!
