    Guys Lizzie is just finalising the costs with the hotel and getting teh contract signed – We are trying to get it as low as possible and to get it finalised – I promise all info will be availiable tomorrow for booking your rooms.

    Appologies but we are trying to get the best price possible as well as some welcome drinks for everyone thrown in free of charge so its definitely worth it

    Dates wise we have all the way from March 21st to March 28th

    Yeah my birthday is March 20th so I’m looking forward to my first CAP event. In CANCUN :wink-wink …that’s about all that needs to be said :). Looking forward to finding out what hotel so we can make reservations. Cheers everyone and see you in March!

    Just to confirm this is an all inclusive resort – All drinks, food, and facility usage is free of charge PLUS I have negotiated welcome drink when checking in and all mini bar drinks free of charge.

    • Deluxe suite garden or pool view Double occupancy: 190dollars per person per night for full board (see below for more details)
    • Deluxe suite garden view Single occupancy: 280dollars per person per night for full board (see below for more details)
    • Per Child aged 7-12: 85dollars supplement per night for full board

    The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport by taxi costing around $30.

    Just spoke with Lizzie and a number of rooms are already sold so we are looking good – She did say please remember to put teh following in your subject lines when emailing CAP EURO CANCUN.

    Also – To the Europeans – What flights are you taking? Apparently there are some very cheap deals on the likes of Thomas Cook etc.
