Hi Guys – In case you didn’t get this by email earlier in the week – Here is latest news on all our events

As you have probably read in the press and forums things have not slowed down here at all – In fact we are busier than we have ever been before and rather than send lots of individual event updates I thought I would quickly update you on each event so you know exactly what is happening and to enable you to sort your calendar for next year:

CAP Down Under – Nov 25th – 28th, 2008
If all goes to plan, in exactly two weeks I will be toasting a cold beer in in front of the Sydney Opera House to the success of our first event in Australia which we expect to have 150+ attendees at. Of these at least 60% will be from the local market, which importantly provides us with solid grounding to build on and genuinely create an event in what is not only a paradise location, but is potentially a very interesting market for affiliates and operators in the long term. Keep an eye out over the next few days as we will be announcing some seriously amazing parties during this event. CAP Awards – Jan 29th, 2009
With over 500 votes already cast the CAP Awards are going to be bigger and better in so many ways this year, and with a ceremony never seen in iGaming before I expect the awards night to go down in industry as one of the biggest parties ever seen. At the moment we are keeping everything under wraps but be prepared for twists and surprises that will take you on an incredible journey and keep the forums full of content a long time to come…. CAP Euro: London – Jan 29th – Feb 2nd, 2009
Every time I organise CAP Euro I always think we can’t get any bigger, but based on the fact that we sold out of our stands in just three days and have a waiting list to host parties I have no doubt we are in for yet another amazing show. This time around we are in much bigger venue with lots more meeting areas. an ASOP that is double the size, three times as many conference sessions, more stands than ever seen at an affiliate event and a challenge to make the parties even better than Barcelona! Registration is open now and as always we are not challenging a penny for affiliates to attend.

CAP SpringBreak – March 21st – 28th, 2009
If you have never attended CAP SpringBreak you have never lived what can only be described as “The Dream” – CAP SpringBreak is like no other event in the industry because it is all about relaxing and having fun with fellow affiliates, operators, and vendors – Everyone is welcome including people’s families and the one rule is to enjoy yourself. But what is very odd is you actually come away from SpringBreak with huge amounts of business as well as the greatest tan….One of life’s unexplained mysteries. CAP Euro: Amsterdam – April 30th – May 3rd, 2009
Although over five months away Amsterdam is filling up far faster than I could ever have thought – In fact we now have over 30 exhibitors booked and 600 square meters of space and although the event site isn’t up yet make sure you get the dates in your diary and don’t forget we are backing on to the A4U event (http://www.a4uexpo.com) and will be holding a joint networking party on the Thursday afternoon before going into town to celebrate Queens Day the biggest party in Amsterdam.

Congratulations to Weblight who won the Barcelona 2008 ASOP which unfortunately had to continue online – By winning the ASOP Weblight walked off with $8,000 and the ASOP diamond bracelet worth a further $10,000 – Not bad considering it is free for all affiliates! On the other side the Chris from Hollywood Poker won the affiliate manager ASOP – Hopefully we can get these to playing heads up in London to see who the ultimate champion is!
The next ASOP will be as mention in London at CAP Euro but don’t forget you need to qualify online first however fear not because we are doubling the size which means even more people get to play and there is even more of a chance to qualify.
