What a bummer and what a mess, is there not a hotel that is closer then a 10 min walk to this new place the conference is being held at? Guess I should be happy to get away from the bed bugs at La Reserve:lookaroun
We have complimentary Shuttle Buses lined up to bring people over in the Morning and return in the evening. Let me check with Alex on their schedule.
It beats walking.

So sorry about this – Wish it hadn’t happened as I am sure you all do (bar the gooners!)
However there are lots of hotels close by – All the hotels mentioned on the CAP Euro site are close by the official one Hilton Olympia is literally a minute away – If you have been to Ad:Tech London it is the same venue.
Sorry once again – And I promise you this will still be an amazing event!
RE: Other hotels – If you don’t want to move there will be transport so no worries – It really is up the road. At worst I will turn up with a supermarket trolley and push you all!

and this hotel is close to everything, no bed bugs and they have bigger rooms for the same price as La Reserve, whom btw did say yes to a refund.I just don’t know if I will be waking early everyday to catch that shuttle..lol
