    We really do not use any forum instead of tickets. Please contact us through the ticketing system: it helps us to keep track of all inquiries and to attend everybody better.

    I saw your tickets, they are all there, and they are answered. You did not receive MTCN number, because the payment has not been sent out yet. You wanted to receive your $120.90 as an ACH payment, however in order to save you from receiving $50.90 ($120.90- $70fee) we made sure to contact you over the phone and get your Western Union information, as this way you will be receiving a bit over $100. So, that’s the reason of your particular delay, and it will be sent out this week.

    Hi Natalie.. thankyou for getting back to me. I understand that you don’t use the forum for communications, but, as I said, I sent 3 messages through your ticket system, that had all gone unanswered – until you responded here.

    Being that it’s Thursday, am I to understand that tomorrow I will be receiving payment due?

    Update… I still haven’t received payment for January and February, but Nicolas has been communicating via their internal ticketing system and is promising payment “soon”.

    I’m not happy about not having payment yet, but a little communication sure helps.

    Hi Nicolas, are you addressing me or someone else? You must be talking to someone else, but if it is me you are talking to, we did not have such a conversation and the amount far exceeds anything that would merit a discussion of transfer fees.
