March 3, 2007 at 9:48 pm #729417biggygMemberI got a neteller payment today from Silver Arrow Marketing , is this gambling Wages? My payment was $30.26 less than i was expecting from them but cant think of who else it can be from.
March 4, 2007 at 4:17 am #729440AnonymousInactiveI recived my payment after making phone contact. While on the phone I was told my Dec and Jan commisions. Payment was sent but was 80.00+ short of the qouted amount. So you being short is probably right.

March 8, 2007 at 5:25 pm #730102AnonymousInactiveHello All,
Let’s clarify all of the issue at once :
GamblingWages support is very easy to be contacted, and if you are having problems with getting a response, I would think it’s because you have not tried calling our tall free line: 1-800-549-7407 or submitting properly a ticket.
I just checked our backend for any pending tickets. Everything is answered. I do not see any pending tickets. If you need to send us a ticket, please login into your account, and send a message through the internal ticketing system.
justred: Please give me your affiliate login, so that I can check if there’s anything wrong with your account or payment.
Lastly, about the payments: I would have to acknowledge that we are having delays with processing all the payments on time. As most of you would suspect, it’s because of money processing changes in the industry. Please understand that while you only have to provide us with your name and address (for Western Union or check), or give us your banking information (for Bank Wires or ACHs), we have to find either an ACH provider, either a trustable bank or a third party company to send Western Union transfers and checks. It is not as easy as it sounds, and as any other gambling company we may experience problems with finding payment solutions, and more importantly develop a long lasting relationship with these payment solutions companies.
As in the past we would send all of the payouts via Neteller, we all got used to working without any fees. However, other payment methods have a fee, and probably that’s why you see deductions in your commissions:
ACH – $70 fee
WU – $18 fee for each $1000
MoneyGram – more expensive then WU, and depends of the transaction amount. Please contact us to check on this one.
Check – $50 fee
Bank Wire – $50 or a bit more. Please check for the exact amount with us.If you see deduction in your Neteller or Moneybookers payments, please contact us at your earliest convenience, and we will help you to resolve this error.
And again, don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or internal ticketing system. We do like talking to our affiliates, and we are here in the office every day since 10AM EST till 9PM EST, except Sundays.
Have a nice day,
Natalie Stewart

GamblingWagesMarch 8, 2007 at 5:36 pm #730104AnonymousInactiveHi Natalie..
I just checked our backend for any pending tickets. Everything is answered.
Actually, I’ve sent 3 messages in response to Nick calling me and telling me WU is an option for my payment… he told me to send along my info, which I’ve done 2x now with no response of what the MTCN is, so I can pick up my $.
Aff ID = sherylt
Can you please check the tickets again, and get back to me? Thankyou!
Alternatively, my email is [email protected] (MSN)Thanks again,
Sis -
