Was this only since the site was re-launched in November or has it always been a problem? I was referring to the emails that we receive to our [email protected] or [email protected] address. I will check with our technical team though and let you know ASAP.
Could you please let me know which web browser you are using, and which version this is. Which operating system are you running? Do you have java script enabled?
You will need to ensure that you have your cookies enabled in order to log in,
(both session cookies and traditional cookies)
Do you just get a blank page or the same login page again?
