Anyone else have this problem? When I try to log into my account, it just hangs. I can never get logged in. I used to be able to, but recently (the last month or more) I can never get in. They send me my stats every month by e-mail, but it’s a little frustrating. If I wanted to change anything I would be unable to. My Affiliate ID is 9999 if anyone who has any power is watching. I’ve e-mailed them but so far no response. Anyone else have suggestions? Thanks.
December 5, 2005 at 8:14 pm #677882AnonymousInactiveI can’t login either.
Whazzsup?
I was able to login right after you added the new properties but not since. I want to list them – I need links.
December 5, 2005 at 8:18 pm #677883AnonymousInactiveI’m not having any problems. Just added the new properties over the weekend.
December 7, 2005 at 6:21 am #678012AnonymousInactiveI signed up three days ago, never got any confirmation email and thus do not even know my affiliate ID needed to log into the members area.
Of course, all emails left unanswered.
So far this program is a real pain…

Must be some sort of setting, but I can’t figure out what. I’ve cleared all the cookies and temp files, no luck with that…
December 7, 2005 at 2:56 pm #678036AnonymousInactiveI am in now, not sure what the problem was, I agree it’s some sort of setting. My password program seems to have two different settings – one for the old and one for the new site and it doesn’t know what to do and the password on the old setting doesn’t work even though it is the identical one as the new one.
Have I confused everyone sufficiently now?
Good, it’s confusing, but I am getting there now. We’ll see if it continues to work.

I signed up about 10 days ago and had the same problem. They got back to me after about a week apologising for the time it took. So would say just hang in there for a couple of days.
Sisko – are you using IE or Firefox? I get in fine with Firefox. Have had problems in the past with IE not getting into sites, including Microsoft’s own Hotmail!
December 7, 2005 at 4:50 pm #678048AnonymousInactiveDid you use the contact button on the site? I got a very prompt answer.
December 7, 2005 at 5:02 pm #678051AnonymousInactiveI used the ‘forgotten affiliate ID’ contact which seems to be a different address than on the contact page.
December 7, 2005 at 8:01 pm #678059AnonymousInactiveGustav sent me my details today. I used the ‘forgotten affiliate ID’ contact
address also.December 7, 2005 at 8:36 pm #678063AnonymousInactivearnoldpalmer wrote:I signed up about 10 days ago and had the same problem. I’m using IE at work and at home. Works fine from work but not from home. I may try using Opera at home, just to see if it works.
December 14, 2005 at 6:56 am #678546AnonymousInactiveIn some browsers you need to click the body of the page to make it refresh, once it retrieves the pages (which are server side scripty kind of stuff). I had the same thing, I’d log in, then be facing a white screen.
Click your mouse where the content should be. Bam, there are your stats.
January 18, 2006 at 2:48 pm #681210AnonymousInactiveIf you havent received an email from us yet (which sounds very strange) then please let me know your email address and I can look up your affiliate id for you.
As for problems logging in, I have not heard of other affiliates having this problem. Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies? Have you tried using another web browser?
Please let me know which browser you are using and I will look into this further.
Thanks,

Now you know that’s not true
I personally sent you e-mails with 10+ other affiliates, all of whom could not login to their accounts at pokeraffiliate.com
and you still haven’t fixed the problem, after several months, i still can’t login
and i have read on this forum and other forums that were poker affiliate related, at least 100 other accounts of people not being able to login to their pokeraffiliate.com account, and i even sent you the links to all those places so you can see for yourself
now you come on here with that ridiculous statement, “no other affiliates have had trouble loging in”
well i just don’t know what to make of you all
January 25, 2006 at 10:17 am #681829AnonymousInactiveAnd don’t be telling me to go clear my cookies either
The problem is most definitely on your end
One of your tech guys who was online with me fixed the problem immediately, then it resurfaced again a few days later and hasn’t been fixed since, that was many months ago, all i remember is that he had a German name and mentioned something about having to alter the settings to allow me to get into my account
