I’ve signed up for their program twice now, but I get an error message every time I try to log in.
You need to contact them to fix it.
I have heard of this happening before.

I am sorry for your trouble and my delay in responding to your question. Here at http://www.focalclick.com we have a clearance process that occurs when new affiliates sign up. It usually takes 24 hours before you are able to navigate successfully around our program.
I have just tried to log in to our program using your information and had no trouble. Please try again as everything should be running smoothly. Again I am sorry for your trouble. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future for any problems or concerns that may arise.
