    everything is working fine for me, no problems except for loading time of the website (is a bit slow)

    Hi all (M and L)

    I was unaware that banners served from you can be outdated.

    I just assumed you updated the banners but then named them same as old banner and that way you don’t really have to change anything.

    is that correct that it can be done that way?

    I’m concerned I have banners floating around that aren’t showing or worse, that lead to a 404 or blank page.

    is there some kind of notice sent out what banners we need to hunt down and replace?

    yeah find and replace procedures often result in errors, an auto updating banner section would be very helpful. Saves time, workload, $$, wrong bonus info to players, environment etc.

    Besides that the reviews for your casinos are outdated.

    It would be great if my thread remains focused on the stats loading issue… earnings report :fencing: :wink-wink I agree about auto updating banner section. The newest games banners seem to be replaced with the latest…

    Hi Casinotime,

    I’ve tried two different logins and np getting the earnings report to load. Please try delete all temporary files, cookies, saved passwords etc, open a new browser and retry and if it still doesn’t work please email me ([email protected]) or Marcia ([email protected]) screen shots of the error you are getting.

    Had a seriously hard time loading stats today, too! I kept refreshing the page and eventually managed to get through to my earnings after about 20 tries but it was not a smooth ride.

    I’m sorry you’re having such a difficult time with the earnings report.
    I’ve referred this to our IT support and will get back to you as soon as I have an answer from them.

    I tried on another XP machine and it worked but not on my xp? yes wierd indeed.

    On my XP the banner report works but not the Earnings report

    I think it has to do with a timeout but not sure

    Update…….

    I tried Opera, FireFOX and IE7 and cant get the earning report to load but i can load the other reports!

    I can load August Earnings report but no luck with July.

    Well, at least we are now in August! lol
