cant load stats

    Is anyone having issues loading the stats? I have had this for the last week and it seems to work if i try generating the report for july several times.

    when it fails i get

    “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”

    so then i refresh and run a report again but now i keep getting

    “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” at all attempts

    Please check into it and if other are having same issues, you may want to sign the thread :)

    I can access the stats page but it’s too wide, there is a horz. scroll bar. I’m using a 17″ monitor but maybe on 19″ its ok.

    Marcia are we supposed to update the Allslots Banners? As I noticed some are no longer displaying and when I click it, it takes me to a blank landing page.

    So,

    maybe it is only some aff stats affected. mine worked once today and have tried 3 times to load them now and failed.

    Also, as slotplayer pointed out i noticed the same….

    378×556 allslots bingo promo no longer loads on the site

    Thanks to all for your comments. I’ll respond:

    1. Re: loading our stats. There was some downtime yesterday while we’re moving over to bigger and better servers. Please try to load your stats again and let me know if you’re still having problems. If so, please send me a screenshot with as much info as possible so we can check into the problem thoroughly.

    2. Report width – we just give too much information for our reports to fit comfortably. Depending on your screen resolution setting, you just may have to horizontal scroll (I do).

    3. Banner code problems – Casinotime – in order to use our banner server, you must use the entire code we give you. I tried the code for the banner you indicated and it seems ok to me if you take it just as it is on BrightShare.

    4. Slotplayer – Some of the banners of this campaign=58 have out-of-date welcome offers and therefore have been de-activated. Best to go to BrightShare and pick up a new banner code.

    I never saw any downtime with my stats, so maybe I was just checking during the times they were fine….LOL (wht’s the most ironic about this is that is usually TOTALLY the opposite)….LOL

    Concerning the width, I tend to agree with you on that except for one thing….

    I think it would be better if the submit/login button itself came to the left….maybe 40 pixels further….then at 1024 screen resolution, we wouldn’t have to scroll right to login….LOL

    Marcia,

    I am sitll having issues. I can log in, get marketting material.

    When i go to view stats, select “earnings report” and then hit submit I load and load and loads and then fails to load and i get.

    “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”

    I do the refresh, select the report again and hit submit.

    I get the same “”Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”

    I managed to load it once yesterday, today i cant.

    I’ve referred this issue to our web-developers because we just seem to have too many login problems.

    I’m really sorry for the delay – the web devs are working on this.

    They’re working on/moving/expanding servers – it may have something to do with this.

    This goes for anyone and everyone having login problems these days.
