I have signed up to several affiliates over the past week
and buttons from 9am.com are the only ones that display.
I am not inserting the HTML incorrectly.Buttons from vipprofits.com displayed for a day but no longer work, buttons from betroyal.com display for about 5 minutes then disappear. I have disabled my firewall and pop-up blocking software and it hasn’t made a difference.

The bet365 button should be in the top left corner next to the website banner.
