Also on a side note we are re-addressing the terms and conditions.

    This is good. :)

Re. moderators: Look at my post. There is no slander, only quotes from the company T&Cs and one rep. I don’t slander. You know me better than that.

I have been with VIP Profits since 2004, when Daniel was the affiliate manager and been with Nine.com (GCMoney) for just about as long.

I have promoted Nine (MyBookie, Betcom) from the first day I signed on with them, didn’t really start promoting VIP until Mario came along.

LOL, you guys all talk about terms; what good are terms if you can’t even get a reply when you have a question or concern.

I met Simon in person and have dealth with Mario often via email. They are both very responsive to the affiliates in their group. Simon has always help me with advise, ideas etc and Mario has always taken the time to explain things and answer my questions.

These guys are both straight shooters and they go out of their way to help affiliates, not hurt them. I tried other books, but man, no one has better affiliate managers then Simon and Mario. I know a lot of people who think like I do about them. Hell, they even have their own fourm where affiliates can go in and blast them when they want to let out some steam and they still answer our email pronto.

They had my back a few times , so I thought I watch their back for a change. VIP Profits is one of the most, if not THE MOST stable and solid affiliate programs around.

You guys are blasting them thinking you might not get paid, lol, thats like saying you dont feel good because you MIGHT get sick; man are you all reading the posts about other companies that really ARE NOT PAYING OUT, theres a lot of those, I dont think you will find one of that type of post on VIP

This is true. And, I believe most of us have been around long enough to know that.

Once again – I cannot debate that. However – The issue remains that their Terms and Conditions are (at this time) predatory and can be used to rob affiliates of rightful earnings. Maybe they will never use it… Could be. If not, then why do the terms exist?

I, for one, hope that Simon comes through and evaluates the terms… He has said that he would and I believe he is a man of his word. We all hope the terms become favorable – it’s good for everyone (including the program itself, which would gain more affiliates – even some rather large ones – as they are aware).

Agreed, Simon is a straight shooter, I have known him for years and we have met many times. I hope he is successful in having these terms removed.

Why is it so important to have them if they are not going to be used anyway? These terms are penny wise and dollar foolish for the program.

I didn’t post to defend the terms, I don’t know the ins and outs as well as the guys/gals that have been around longer or have larger business ( cool thing about Simon and Mario is they even make us small affiliates feel important) I posted to vouch for their willingness to help and inform their affiliates more than any manager I have dealth with. They stand behind their affiliates.

So while I can’t debate on the terms, I can debate as to their dedication. I’m not saying I have never dissagreed with those guys, but honestly, I doubt there are any other affiliate managers that go out of their way to help/inform us like those two do.

On that note please , you larger members that are not yet Promoting VIP and/or Nine.com, or BetGameDay, please feel free to sign up under my affiliate banner at http://www.vipprofits.com/?Affiliate=17144 or http://www.eazybetz.com/info_vip.html or

    Hi all,

the bottom line is terms are terms.

More so that if they are never intended to be used, why have them.

no more need be said in that regard.
