Hey guys
I am brokering a casino site which has earned a profit of $100k in the past 6 months. I’m pretty sure thats all affiliate income. The owners are looking for @ 3 yrs profits as a BIN (@660k). If anyone is in that ballpark and is going to Amsterdam and wants to hook up for a chat about it, let me know. I’ll exact stats and details to take with me.

Did I get it right – the owners are asking $660,000 for a website which makes ~$15,000 a month?
Is he selling the affiliate accounts with the site?I think most sites sell for 6-12months Income , he may have difficult time getting 3 years income with the current conditions.
If you find buyers paying 36x earnings please contact me as I have a number of sites and accounts I would be willing to sell at those multiples.
I didnt want to be so bold as Lou but I agree. I recently sold a website for $18000 and was making between $6k and 10k a month .I kept the affiliate accounts and new owner expected to take 10 months to get his investment back. It has been 3 months and he has made about $8k so he is happy and so am I . I think any more than $50k would be a gift but that is just my opinion .
