I feel like Brightshare left the US market completely. Our revenue hasn’t budged since they left the US market. I feel like I am being cheated. I have contacted them several times but haven’t heard back. I don’t quite understand how revenue just completely stops if they are still allowing US players to play who had been there for years. Something very fishy is going on and I want to know what it is.

November 22, 2008 at 12:12 am #787908AnonymousInactiveI see some too, but it is dramatically slower. on a scale, let’s say my revenue went from 0 to 100 in first ten days, and since then 11th my revenue has grown from 100 to 101, whereas it should have gone from 100 to 170 or 200.

I have a new mysterious real player and the only indication that real depositing action is going on is that the margin keeps changing. Other than that the purchasing and profit column is empty. I am waiting for a reply from them but on Friday and sadly also Sunday (even though that’s a work day apparently) they are off.
November 22, 2008 at 4:04 pm #787952AnonymousInactiveWhen I display totals, or any other tab, it shows one fraud – but when I click on brands it shows over 130 frauds – totally off base, my players are pretty much fraud free.
Very strange.

I have some older players depositing as usual but the lack of new US players shows a drop in earnings but i think this is normal if exposure is 30-50% US.
I also see that very high # fraud. players, no explanation for this.
