As expected, Affiliate Farce 2004 sponsored by iLaughma has cancelled the event planned for April 22 -26th in Miami. The orgranizer has been frantically calling attendees on the phone to inform them of the news and ask that they attend an alternate event in the future!!!
The few people goofy enough to book airline and cruise tickets for this boondoggle are likely out of the money. If they didnt buy cruise insurance and refundable airline tickets then its a good hit to the old budget.
The problem was particularly exasperated because the organizer waited until it was too late to announce what was readily apparent two months ago, the event was going to be a total bomb.
Oh well, live and learn.
Thank heavans we have Marc to produce QUALITY affiliate marketing events. If not for him there would be none for casino affiliates to attend.
There is a very good thread on this at AffiliateManager.net.
It’s beginning to look like the Organizer, Herby Oldchevetteski, has collected all the cruise money via paypal then not paid any of it to Carnival Cruise lines!!! If this turns out to be the case this is an affiliate SCAM of biblical proportions!
His phone is now disconnected and he shut down posting at the iLaughma forums too.

Looks like Affiliate Farce is no more…. After fooling a few more suckers by claiming that the Booze Cruise would sail in August Herby changed the Affiliate Farce site and removed info about an August event. Bye Bye…
Oh by the way, the world longest forum upgrade must still be in progess because the the iLaughma forums are still locked down.
