Natalie,
I would like to know why my recent player received manager credits equivalent to his deposit/losses and I finished up with a negative balance.
I’m assuming that players can cash out bonuses/manager credits otherwise you wouldn’t be charging the affiliate :
Total Deposits: $200.00
Net Win: $197.50
Coupon Amounts Awarded: $0.00
Manager Credit Amounts Awarded: $200.00
ChargeBacks: $0.00
Net Profit: (Net Win – Coupons – Credits – Chargebacks) ($2.50)
Amount Deducted: $0.00
Amount Miscellaneous Adjustments: $0.00
Amount Added For Reversed Bans: $0.00
Amount Earned: ($0.75)It’s not just that you wipe out deposits/losses with initial purchases, but you continue to do this when the player deposits again.
If this is always going to be the case, there’s no point in my promoting your casino.
Maybe this is why I rarely make any money with you.
Thank you,
ntaus

I see you haven’t been replied to as I was wondering the exact same thing.
As a player if I kept getting bonuses like that, I would be one loyal player.
Sometimes stats can be difficult to decypher – this is what mine looks like:
I’m sure there’s a logical or reasonable explanation for the coupon amounts awardedTotal Deposits: $5,862.00
Net Win: $21,200.40
Coupon Amounts Awarded: $17,077.90
Manager Credit Amounts Awarded: $625.15
ChargeBacks: ($60.00)
Net Profit: (Net Win – Coupons – Credits – Chargebacks) $3,063.06
Amount Deducted: $87.07
Amount Miscellaneous Adjustments: $142.20 -
