G,day, i have been an affiliate for blackjack.com for several months now. my website is new, so as yet i have no players. I recently changed email address, and am unable to change it in the affiliate conrol panel at blackjack.com as the software will not allow changes for some strange reason. Im not certain also that you have my payment details on record, as i know the affiliate control panel was updated several months ago. And i was told i will be contacted for the deatails, i realy cannot remember if this occurred or not. I have emailed blackjack.com with my request to fix these issues, and they said they are refering it to you. I am yet to recieve a reply. My website is http://www.blackjacksnap.com Regards Martin

Some programs do not allow an e-mail change for secutiry reasons, but you usually can do it by contacting their support. Since you did that, I would wait for another week or so and then try contacting them again.

As marcelo pointed out we do not allow fields to be changed after setup including email as we need to verify changes you make to your address as a security feature. If someone were to change all the fields I would have no way of double checking that this was all above board, and was authorized by you.
