All this insight helps a great deal and I really appreciate all comments. My side arm is unable attend ( Eric Raymond). I have a great deal information, perhaps too much. I will have to get right to the the point right off the hop. They are still looking for another speaker to tag along, so if anyone else is interested PM me.
