    Hi all,

it appears I’ve had a big winner of about 40k which is nullifying all subsequent deposits. Luckily there is no negative carryover.

My question is, should I pull the banners for the rest of the month?

    thanks

    I would.

When this happens to me, I send traffic elsewhere until the negative is erased. There is no point sending players (and money) into a black hole.

    Engineer is right.

If you’re using an ad server, set the priority of banners from this company to lower for the rest of the month.

If it was a program with negative carry over, the best thing to do would be to contact your affiliate manager and have a talk about your account.

More often than not they are willing to work something out for you.

thanks Tristan and Engineer. I did email the affiliate manager. The problem is the casino is a vegas tech and I have a whole page and many links throughout the site on them. I dumped the other two vegas tech programs and are just promoting this one group so it’s somewhat difficult, however I did comment out several banners and links from the popular pages and moved a few things around a bit.

all in all it’s not a bad win for just a $60 deposit, but it’s also wiping out a 4 figure whale.

    cheers,
