A couple of months ago – in June – I had a highroller winner who put my account into negative balance. A player won > 50000$
Because of that I won’t earn a cent with Europartnes for the next couple of years due to negative balance carry over.
I tried to find a solution through my AM but it seems that nobody at Europartners is really interested in solving this.
Since June I’m waiting for answers if it is possible to remove this winner from my account.
Maybe someone here can help???

Who is your AM? Can you PM me your Usename so I can look into your account or pass this on to someone who might be able to resolve this for you.
