    I won at this casino after meeting the playthrough requirements and requested a withdrawal. They denied it saying I had not sent in verification docs which I did. I called and then they said that I had not met the wagering requirements…I informed the idiot working there that their own software keeps a running tab of everything and you cannot even attempt to withdraw until the requirements have been met. He said I needed to speak to Christine…and she never seems to come to work…or she just left…by the way, this is all over $300.00. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    PS I logged into my account and they put the $300 back but say that now I have to play through $1450. WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP!!!!!!!!!!

    I don’t run a website. I just happened to play a Cirrus Casino and got screwed. I have no reason to lie. Everything is just as I said in my post. This is a forum and I had something to say so I said it. I have tried dealing with them but they are giving me the runaround so I feel like I should let people know about my experience. Am I wrong or is this the purpose of a forum…for people to come and discuss things or express their opinion or experiences? Anyway, here are the answers to your questions…why don’t you contact Cirrus and question them…they seem to always say something different to me each time I talk to them…and Christine is never there….or she will in right back…or she just left…or she doesn’t work today.

    You can also go to the OPU http://www.onlineplayersunion.com and post your complaint there. OR to http://www.winneronline.com . These are all player boards that are well known to attempt to solve such problems.

    Here our contacts are affiliate managers, not casino managers, and it’s not a forum equipped to deal with your complaint.

    No problem…thanks for your help and information though. I REALLY appreciate it. I just didn’t really know where to go as Cirrus is avoiding my phone calls and not responding to my emails. I am understandably frustrated.

    Well, I don’t know what happened but I just received an email from Cirrus saying my withdrawal request had been approved!!! Thanks everyone for all the advice and suggestions…hopefully I’ll actually get my money. They also locked me out of my casino account!!! LOL If and when I do, you can bet I will NEVER play there again…sad though because I really like their slots. My username at the casino is rshelton13… I looked at casinomeister and Cirrus is on their list of “Rogue” casinos and he says don’t even bother to see if they can help with casinos on the rogue list because they obviously have problems and would basically be a waste of time. Hopefully everything will work out ok…but regardless, I really appreciate the fact that everyone has been so helpful and full of information. I’m really new at playing at online casinos and this situation has really left a bad taste in my mouth! I previously played and won about $1100 from First Web Casino and they were so WONDERFUL….I just assumed all casinos operated as well as they do. I’ll just stick to them and their group.

    It is only fair to tell both sides of this story, however. You have told your side on this forum.

    I have now taken the decission tojust send back the $255 total that she has deposited at the casino so far, as well as close her account for good… if she cannot stick to the rules and then she blames and insults us when she does something against our terms she does not belong here…

    ….In short, the conversations I had seem to indicate that the casino needed to speak with you to clear up your issue and explain the situation to you, but you were not listening to what they were saying or were unresponsive to their attempts to contact you via Email.
    In most Cases, Cirrus gets complaints like these from players who have broken the rules, but do not understand that fact or are upset that they are being enforced. You deposited first and lost, you won on your 2nd deposit. You then used or attempted to use 4 more bonuses after the one you had won on. The casino is paying you ALL of your deposits… even the first one that you lost on.
    I totally understand being frustrated or upset when dealing with money or winnings. I do not believe that throwing out insults or ranting is ever helpful. Calm discussions are always better. Casinomeister will even tell you that. I hope that you continue to enjoy online gaming in the future and find another casino to play at since you are not permitted in Cirrus again. I don’t think Cirrus deserved this condemning thread.
