i work with them from 2008 (ID 12783),
until earnings was below 1000 gbp per month they paid in good faith
but from the 2nd half of 2009 when my traffic and earnings grows up strong problems appear – no payments as usually.
after my multiple emails they paid something,
for example for august 18/12/09, and most interesting opposite October and December i saw paid in my stats and got nothing, but they said money was send. Opposite November is nothing still
now they owe me 5150 for 2009 and
my manager Evgeny Ulanov tell that he dont know when they can resolve this problemMarch 15, 2010 at 10:08 am #809008FelixtheCatMemberIn my opinion this is just a typical case of Betfair’s inability to process payments in time or even with a reasonable delay. Happens all the time, I guess each and every Betfair affiliate will confirm it…?
I know we still got outstanding payments from 2009 but we have no doubt that they’ll pay in full whenever they got their act together.
It is Betfair, they are too large to handle themselves. It is sad, it is maybe pathetic but I personally wouldn’t dare say they are cheaters.
You have a damn right to be angry about this but they’ll pay. They always pay… in the end.
And I also know how most of the Betfair aff managers feel about it. Sometimes it sucks to be them but it isn’t their fault, they are not controlling payments, they can only remind, ping and beg the relevant department to get into second gear.
March 15, 2010 at 3:28 pm #809020biggygMemberYEAH We normally get paid every 2-3 months from them.we got paid in August and not again til december. Not sure if there is a minimum as we only do about 300gbp a month with them
March 15, 2010 at 8:04 pm #809031jackybetMemberIs Betfair paying you 3 months at one time if your getting paid only about once every 3 months? If not there is obviously huge issues here that are not related to “payment processor” issues. It’s not very hard to get a quick tender account.

March 16, 2010 at 4:37 pm #809046Queenie81MemberHi
With regards to this particular issue we have contacted DiverF1 directly to confirm any outstanding payments have now been re-issued. To be clear Betfair run a monthly payment cycle based on calendar months. Currently we only support bank wire transfer and the minimum payment threshold is GBP 50.
Occasionally some payments can fail or be rejected from the bank used by the affiliate. When a payment is rejected or returned it is usually re-issued in the next available payment run and this can therefore cause a delay in the payment being made. We endeavour to keep affiliates updated if their payment has been delayed.
We are currently looking into several additional payment methods to improve our payment options based on direct feedback from affiliates. In the meantime if you have any issues regarding receiving your payments please contact [email protected]
Kind Regards

yes, you contacted me but it is not question to be contacted, but to be paid in time every month and without such topics.

To be clear, i think it is not true because we all see blank space opposite November so u not even try to pay. Also do you want to say that i’m, gamblingbutler and casinobonusguy who tell about problems with payments all are liers?
p.s. i work with many gambling partners and never experienced such problems
