    Nope.. no mistake…..

After my email.. received this reply.. so.. was no mistake.

I xxx’ed out the contacts as I do not like it either when people pass mine on…

That’s similar to the email I got the *first* time it happened to me.

I spoke with my Affiliate manager today. He said it was an accounting mistake in “MY” instance and that he will release my funds (Over 5k). This has however NOT been sent in an e-mail, it’s only been a verbal “everything’s ok” from my affiliate manager, so that concerns me a great deal.

I will feel slightly better when I get the “everything is ok” in a hard copy, and will feel a lot better when I get my wire transfer.

no it was apparently not a mistake – my payment has been released now too.

    …….
Accounting was simply doing their Job. Your account hasn’t shown any activity in over 3 months. So your affiliate ID simply went into their Hold segment, your account is still open.
    …….

These terms and conditions worry me – if all casinos start doing this it would be a catastrophy for the avarage size affiliate.

I just got the email, and I just started making money with them in the last two months. I thought it was just me until I read this thread. I honestly think I should not invest more time into them if they pull these tactics.

i spoke to my aff. manager yesterday and he released the funds. he said it was a mistake and this wasn’t coordinated between the accounting and affiliate managers.

seems like someone just wanted to get the communication working but decided to use unorthodox tactics for it.

but those T&Cs should go. there is no excuse for flexing their muscles like this…

It will be interesting to see when we get paid by them, this is the acid test as far as I am concerned. The wire transfers normally hit my account on the 10-11th so I expect there to be about 5 working days delay from when the funds were released, so I expect to get paid on the 16 of this month at the very latest.

I will post here when paid.
