let me say it to you to understand:

if you have a small website it will take up to 3 weeks…
Now if you have a bigger site and lets say you have less than 500 queries on the keywords it will take the same amount of time …. But if you have a site which has over 500 keywords on your google webmaster tools means that this should happen in the same day(the indexing) or lets say when google will come with the next crawl.

The best way is to submit the site to Google and wait I remember the times when Google was indexing within month or two Today it’s working a “little” bit faster

As long as you have a sitemap, or a link pointing to the page, google will index it. There’s no telling how long it would take. Every site is different. Busy sites that update regularly get indexed faster from what I see.

It will also depend which country you´re targeting in. If you have some specific country or/and TLD then it will be a bit faster than in basic english market..
