WTF ??? – I have been hiding under a rock as usual.
I am reading through this and getting the idea, but i still don’t know the full story.
I work closely with these guys and to think they are ripping people off is making me sick.

That is the change. They have been freezing accounts (started doing so immediately after the change) ever since. There are several threads at CAP about the change.
Let me take care of this. Sales is getting too eager to push this through. They have applied and paid for certifcation but I have been reufsing to approve them until they fix this T&C Problem. They are chomping at the bit though and of course my sales guys are eager to get em live.
Thanks for letting us know professor. That was my first thought and I really glad to see that you are taking our views so seriously in this matter.
