Tell him hi for me please, I won’t make it. And tell him I am quite upset about this. :hattip:
September 15, 2008 at 7:35 pm #778816AnonymousInactiveI have a meeting with a John there but I really don’t hold out any hope after talking on the phone he seemed to be happy with the way they do things.
September 15, 2008 at 7:50 pm #778820LucretiaMemberearning with a program is sometimes very odd. With Rushmore i can not earn a buck. With CB i make a few dollars.
Yes for the timebeing it is ok but if i do not succeed anymore to convert traffic into $$, it is not a wise decision to continue with CB.
Let’s say i am too lazy to remove banners and links, tired of it.
I have other programs that I do not want to keep either.
Let’s say i hope they do not freeze my account becasue i have just one regular player LOL.
I have always been treated in a professional and helpful way.

Unfortunately, you won’t have the choice at that stage. You’ll have to if you want the money from past players. I’d rather cut my losses & lose a couple of thousand $$ now than 10’s of thousands further down the line. I will still battle for the money, but otherwise I just call it a lesson learned the hard way.

Hi Rick,
I remember back when CPays was starting to screw over affiliates and I was one that “ignored” it and figured that since everthing was good for me that I’d stick with them, but to this day I feel bad because others will continue to support them.
I wound up losing 13k of my own money because I was stupid and paid cash for a vehical before I got the money from a deal that we made to buy my players, but all I got was locked out of my account and decrease in my savings account!
I know that in this day giving up income is a very hard thing to do, but I would encourge you and others that see this as blackmail and wrong in every aspect to take down their banners and hit them where it hurts.
This type of behavior by this group just justify those that are fighting so hard to take away our right to have a business in igaming and give it a bad name.
Like McCain said “let’s make em famous” on the net for what they are doing to our fellow affiliates!

Yes i know i am stupid and should cut my losses, but as you said once you are in …..you can never get out .
So I limit traffic to a minimum just to keep my players and commission, feels weird when typing this for such a big operator.
But you never can tell which program will be next to give us a headache.

Just thought I’d share this as a warning. I just had my account at Best Casino Partner “frozen”. The story in brief is this:
I sent a little traffic and picked up a good player a while back ($27k down so far).
In August, I received an email saying my payment was on hold and to contact my aff manager.
I did, and he said it was a mistake, so he “authorised” my payment.
I agree to put an Online Vegas banner up.
Same scenario again in September with a pointer at the new T&C’s that said they could remove my players if traffic wasn’t consistent plus a message to intimate that the only reason I was getting money was because of their retention team.Incidentally, to the best of my knowledge this term was not in place when I signed up.
This month I said that it was unacceptable behaviour to blackmail me into sending traffic and as a result I would not be sending more traffic until the term was removed.
Now they have told me my account is frozen…no more money from existing players then.
Thankfully for me this is the first time in 4 years I have been treated this way and it only justifies my belief that certain operators are not to be trusted. I hope any affiliate reading this who does not yet represent Best Casino Partner or Casinoblasters will be aware of what they are getting into. Once you’re in, they expect high exposure or you will not get paid. The removal of commissions is no longer an idle “threat”, it’s actually been implemented.Cheers
Simmo!
Thanks for the info Simmo. Its totally unacceptable, what they did to your account…Another aff-program to avoid :cappy:
September 16, 2008 at 2:04 pm #778891AnonymousInactiveSucks to hear this.
They actually have good casinos that convert US players well for me, but they are getting a bad reputation.
Fair enough if it is a new term and new affiliates can decide whether or not to promote them under these conditions, but applying it to existing affiliates is pretty harsh.September 17, 2008 at 9:51 pm #779018cybersportsMemberHey Guys,
Just curious..what do you think about them being certified with CAP? They are willing to work out any issues and will also be available for questions if their forum is setup.
Let me know…
September 17, 2008 at 10:31 pm #779026biggygMemberLetting them into cap must be a joke.Invite them in and let more victims(new affiliates) be brought into this mess.Letting them into CAP is like rewarding hem for bad behavior.Tell them to take the cap fees and pay some bills LOL
September 17, 2008 at 10:32 pm #779027AnonymousInactiveThey need to get rid of that clause in their T&C….
September 17, 2008 at 10:33 pm #779028AnonymousInactiveThey*ve had a very bad reputation ever since they started and no turn around is in sight. It’s close to asking if it would be ok to certify Cpays.
