Hey All,
If you’d like to see a piece of Barcelona’s history while you are here I’d like to recommend something I just saw now and wanted to share with you. Built in 1929, the Magic fountain is essentially a massive lights & watershow rivaling that of the Bellagio. You-tube video below.

My colleague just said that the Magical Fountain (Font Majica) was her highlight of Barcelona when she went 3 years ago. No doubt the CAP parties will top this though!
If anyone is interested in going, it’s just south of the Placa D’Espanya at the end of the Avinguda de La Reina Maria Cristina (just North of the Montjuic area). In winter, which October is apparently, the fantastic light/music/water show is only visible on Friday and Saturday – 1900hrs, 1930hrs, 2000hrs and 2030hrs.
I think I’ll try and check it out unless a party, or bar, drags me in a different direction…
