September 11, 2008 at 1:55 pm #778436alphainventionMemberHi,
There was a short time this morning that banners did not show on the ReferBack website. This seems to only have affected certain affiliates for some strange reason.
I am glad to say that all is now in working order again.Go grab a banner
September 13, 2008 at 3:25 pm #778610AnonymousInactiveThis issue appears to be back….
September 15, 2008 at 7:58 am #778740AnonymousInactiveThanks for the feedback guys – we’ve soft launched Referback in French, Italian, German and Spanish and to do this we put the site into a CMS.
These errors might be caused by that – please keep sending them as we cannot emualte them on our side by have the guys checking to see if there are any errors in the code based on the info you give us.
Thanks again.

I’ll download the banners and host them on my end, but you still might want to try to figure this one out.
It seems to happen randomly and it fixes itself, but the banners are down for a decent amount of time when it does happen.
September 15, 2008 at 7:43 pm #778819AnonymousInactiveMy banners aren’t working either. And I’m getting the stack overflow error in Referback when trying to look at the banners.
On a side note, how come Belle Rock doesn’t have QT as a deposit option?
September 16, 2008 at 12:16 pm #778880alphainventionMemberHi,
Our developer has found the problem and this issue has now been fixed. Thanks again for letting us know about this error and keeping an eye on it for us.
Should you see this happening again, please let me know!Daera – QT is a deposit option at all Belle Rock Entertainment casinos. I’m not sure why it was not showing on the casino website as an option, but will make an appearance again by end of today.

Thanks Cobus.
My banners were working when I last spoke to you but I just noticed they’re not working again. I went to Referback and took a look, only to see them fine in your program. I went back to check our posted banners again… just the dreaded red x. Looking at it closer I see they’ve changed the directory that the banners are in or something, so the url in the image tag is different then it was just yesterday or so. I guess the developers forgot to let you guys in on that part.
The banner tag I had yesterday, for the image was: http://www.clickedyclick.com/ads/JPC/ban7039.gif
The banner tag now for the same image is: http://www.clickedyclick.com/phyads/JPC/ban7039.gif
See the difference?
September 17, 2008 at 8:14 am #778962alphainventionMemberHi,

Thanks again for always resolving things so quickly. I appreciate all that you do.
September 18, 2008 at 3:42 pm #779120AnonymousInactiveSome of our banners are not working Cobus
September 19, 2008 at 9:35 am #779179alphainventionMemberAll sorted :wink-wink
And now I am 100% confident that it’s 100% fixed.
If I’m wrong, then I owe you a drink…
