    Hello, I have tried to contact Nicole via email and PM here regarding this but I have not yet received a reply.

    I do not understand what a “Banned Player” or “Banned Deposit” means.
    And why would a “Banned Player/Deposit/Netwin” be unbanned?

    I do not have a large player base at CWC, but I have been doing fairly well with the few players I recruited to CWC until now. I think that the “banned player” has probably been playing there for a while now.

    Has anyone else had a similar situation at CWC?
    Can someone explain these stats to me?

    ive had this happen too , never understood why .Im sure there not chargebacks as theres a speerate coloum for this .

    few months ago happened for 38k , last month a few kk and over 10k this month .

    gonna send an email about it too .

    I’ve also had more of these than usual this month.

    I think the banned players are players who already have an account with ClubWorld or something like that.

    Perhaps I am one of these “banned players” myself?
    -A couple years ago Club World’s management decided to lock my account because I was “too active in gambling forums”.
    My opinion about their Casino went downwards ever since this happened.

    I received the official answer from head office regarding the banned deposits. The explanation is extremely complex. Rather than posting the answer – I’ve spoken with magyck0ne and a few other affiliates on the phone and have explained the situation to them in detail.

    I welcome you to send me a PM with a number I can reach you at so I may explain this in person. This will give you the opportunity to ask questions while I do the explaining. Along with your phone number – let me know what Time Zone you’re in so I may call approriately…

    is there no other way to get in touch with you
    I have only a Cell and it costs me not less if I get a call from outside
    If i move to a new house i will take care of another phone,
    but for now I dont want to get calls from outside.
    Is there any other way to get in touch with you?

    I really wish the response were online here at CAP :( It’s always frustrating to see this and see that the response is PM or IM only.

    Since this is definitely not an isolated incident, I guess I’ll just have to remember the post and grab you on IM to find out why it’s happening.

    THEN, the same amounts were UNBANNED.

    I have sent an email (along with my phone #) to Nicole for an explanation. I have no clue what this means.
