Plus I never heard back from my pm in Jan asking for my Gaid.

slotplayerHi Slotplayer, please check your PM’s I thought we dealt with your issue from your original PM on the 27th of January to final one of the string of PM’s on the 3rd of February?
I know you got my PM as you replied with “Ok cool, thanks Martyn”.
If you are talking about something else please let me know and I can look into it.
Cheers,
Martyn

Oh yeah sorry Martyn, Your’re right I did read it again.
So according to your reply, I’m wondering how a deposit is getting to the players account if it is getting declined? Usually an authorization captures the funds although it is possible to spend the same money twice.
thanks
slotplayerFebruary 16, 2009 at 5:26 pm #795380BetsoftGamingMemberOnce the player deposits their funds it will show straight away in your stats, however once checks have been made and for whatever reason amounts are banned then this is when you will see that its been removed.

I checked my stats and out of the total $650 of deposits I’ve had, low and behold $200 of those were banned.
The date of this was Jan 2008.

Xmas can be hard on all of us at times, but it appears at this place it could be a regular thing..?

Hi Greg,
Apart from these stats being from over a year ago, I have looked into your lifetime
stats with ClubWolrdCasinos and can see that you have not had any further
deposits banned, although you have had a couple of deposits following the banned $200 in January 2008.Just wondered thought why this wasn’t raised nearer the time, say….. this time last year?
At ClubWorld we do not ban any players unless there is a very good reason for it, ie. a chargeback.
Enjoy your day. :hattip:
