We have now banned CWC from our sites becurse of banned deposit and banned players!!
For some reson we never se that on other RTC casinos…
We se lot of deposit on the other RTG casinos but nothing on CWC :flush:

Due to an administrative error an IP address was banned over the weekend that affected an large number of players. All these players have now been re-instated and your stats have been recalculated so that you will all receive the correct payment later on today.
We do not ban players permanently without full consideration, and will only do so in cases of fraud and chargebacks.
I do sincerely apologise for this and if any of you have any further comments or questions Nicole will be pleased to assist you.

I am very sorry about the delay in getting any solid answers for you all. I can assure you that the administrative issue has been taken care of and the affected players have been unbanned. Affiliates that have banned depositors in their accounts: as mentioned above, players are only banned after full consideration of their account has been made. Players are only banned where they have opened fraudulent accounts and requested chargebacks.
