Thinking of you and can understand your fears and worries. Coincidentely, I had a glucose tolerance test done last week as my blood sugar levels were high on a blood check up, mine came back fine so I am the lucky one for sure.
But I did do a lot of reading up on it recently and there’s some good sites for herbal/natural remedies. I know cinnamon is excellent to stabilize blood sugars, I sprinkle it on my yogurt and anything I can, have done this for years, it’s a good habit to get into and will help you.
