As part of our continued growth and commitment to bring you the best casino affiliate program on the net, Rewards Affiliates are pleased to announce the acquisition of Aztec Riches Casino, Phoenician Casino and Aztec Poker.

We understand that there may be questions you would like to ask along the way, so we have put together a few of the most common Q&A’s below. If your question is not located below or you have any further queries, please feel free to contact the affiliate team using the details below.

We are certain the transition will be a smooth one for all parties involved and hope for as little to no disturbance to you along the way.

Q&As

Do I need to update my linking codes?
Yes!
Aztec affiliates: The old linking code ran through the previous affiliate program. Since we cannot guarantee or control any traffic that gets sent via their linking codes you need to switch immediately.

CPS have been very helpful and we are not expecting they will kill the link immediately, however, we simply do not control this. Also, we cannot show you clicks or downloads if you do not update your link.

The new format is:

Phoenician affiliates: also highly recommended you update your links, however slightly less urgent as we do control the domain these old linking codes went through. That said, if you do not update your links you will also not see clicks or downloads in the affiliate stats.

For both aztec and phoen: if you do not update your linking codes, you will only get a stats update once a day as the players are mapped from your old banner tags to the new current ones.

Will my referrals be migrated with my account?
Yes. All players and webmaster (sub-affiliate) referrals will be migrated over to your Rewards Affiliates account.

Will I still receive 2% on 2nd tier (sub-affiliate) earnings?
Yes. In fact, we will give you 5% on sub-affiliate earnings.

Will our Aztec Riches players stay on the RevShare model once they are moved over to Rewards Affiliates?
All players from the migration will be moved into your current RewardsAffiliates.com affiliate account. If you have both a RevShare and Wager Model account then email us to specify which account you would like your players mapped into.

Does Rewards Affiliates provide Player Level Stats?
Yes. Rewards Affiliates provides such information as Country, Currency, Age, Gender, Occupation, Activity Dates (Join Date, Date of First Bet, Date of Last Bet), Game Information, New/Active Player Reports, Player Value. Player level stats are available on the True 35% Wager Model.

How often does Rewards Affiliates send our commission payments?
Rewards Affiliates send out affiliates commission payments by the 5th of the following month. For example: March commissions are sent out by April 5.

What are your payment methods?
Pay Spark: In your account by the 4th or 5th day of the month!
NETeller: In your account by the 4th or 5th day of the month!
MoneyBookers: In your account by the 4th or 5th day of the month! NEW!
Check: Up to 21 days
Wire: Usually 3-5 working days from day of processing. ($30.00 Fee)
ACH (American Banks only): Usually 3-5 working days. Due to increased security procedures, affiliates that have not previously received payments via ACH will be subject to additional verification checks. This will add an additional two days to the process. Therefore, please allow between 5 and 7 working days if you have not received an ACH refund from us previously.
Courier Checks: 3 to 6 working days ($50.00 Fee)

It seems that the Aztec Riches Poker links are not working yet? I get an error page when clicking the link: xxhttp://www.aztecrichespoker.com/referral.asp?aff_id=aff19013

When do you anticipate having creatives available? It would’ve been nice to change the banners at the same time that I changed the links. There are many changes to be done and I am hoping that I did not miss anything.

If the links weren’t working for you, it was likely cached DNS. if you’re running a windoze system of any sort…

start->run->

type ‘cmd’ into the dialogue box

then type:

ipconfig /flushdns

You should get something like:

it should go query the dns heirarchy to get the updated dns … that said, it should be fully propagated by now. Anybody still having issues?

On the topic of stats:

I should be able to get the new players (since the 24 apr 06) visible in your stats tomorrow Oz time …

also, we are going as fast as possible to get the 3 affiliate accounts merged (cps, adriches, ra) and then we will be able to show your previous players as well … timeline on this is not definite, but aiming for before the end of this month.

We are still in the process of merging the data. Once this has been completed you will be able to see all data since the merge in your affiliate account. Data previous to the merge will still be available from the old affiliate site. We will post once the data is available
