Is it true Ausvegas & Lassters have pulled out of the USA too, or is it just certain states?

Is there a current Yes or NO in the Income Access forum as to whether they are “in” or “out” of the US?
I’ve seen it elsewhere, but not here.

Unfortunately, the Board at Lasseters and AusVegas were strongly advised by their solicitors to reverse their decision on taking US bets once the act was signed into law, and consequently informed their players before affiliates could be informed. We apologise for this sudden announcement.
We will give you an update regarding commissions earned up to the closure of your US players’ accounts. Your non-US players should remain unaffected by all the changes. Rest assured we will do everything we can to work with you on continuing to deliver an outstanding player experience for your international traffic.
