AUSSIE WHITE LABEL DEAL FOR 888
Oz Poker Tour operator opens virtual websiteGibraltar based online gambling group 888.com has continued its white label expansion with a an Australian-Asia deal this week with the Poker Dome Group.
The new online poker website, PokerDomePoker.com is owned and operated by the Australia-based PokerDome group, which owns the land-based Oz Poker Tour and operates a land poker room in Macau. Previously PokerDome operated the Southern Cross Poker brand which was part of Playtech’s iPoker network.
PokerDome has developed a strong land-based poker following in Australia and the new online venture aims to complement the group’s offline poker events and enhance its members’ poker playing experience.
888 says the new partnership is another milestone in the execution of its white label strategy of entering geographical markets with high growth potential. This new partnership brings a fresh, new online proposition to PokerDome’s growing number of members.
The CEO of the online gambling company, Gigi Levy, said: “We are excited to partner with an innovative and diverse poker operator such as PokerDome. We recognize PokerDome’s expertise as an offline operator and look forward to serving their customers in the online environment. PokerDome have a close association with two World Series of Poker bracelet winners, so we expect a mutually successful relationship.”
