i pmed you all details, and you replied you will take care of my problem. its been 3 weeks then i heard nothing from you. now you are saying send you internal ticket?

The reason why I wanted you to send me an internal ticket, was to remember who you are, but thank you for posting it here. Your payment was already sent to your Click 2 Pay Account. Please check and let me know you received your earnings so I know we are cleared.
P.S.
Internal tickets are sent through your Gambling Wages Account and that is how you sent me your payment information.

You have no earnings and plus you are inactive, we haven’t been promoted on your site for a long time: (http://www.gbpoker.com/).
I answer tickets every day and I leave no tickets behind. I respond as fast as I can to everyone and this has been proven since I came on board.

It’s one thing to have a late payment, but it is extremely frustrating when you finally do get paid only to find out that it is a partial payment. Along with the payment I had a short note that said “I will do my best to send out the rest ASAP.”
This is not acceptable Steve. Please get the rest of my payment to me immediately.
I figured I better post my issues here just so everyone knows there are still a lot of problems with GW and they have only gotten worse for me since the new “team” took over.

We already sent you the rest of the money I will have tracking information soon. Like I told you before I would have the rest out ASAP and I did early this morning I just didn’t want to send you the internal ticket until I had the confirmation number.

While I appreciate your efforts to pay me “ASAP,” I do not appreciate late payments or partial payments and it’s not something I (or any other affiliate) should have to tolerate. I think that’s something we can all agree on. This is a business. I expect to have my payments on time each and every month and when they are regularly late, I think I have a right to be upset about that.
I made my post here because it’s important that other members/affiliates know that there are a lot of issues with Gambling Wages right now and they deserve to know what’s going on with a program when deciding whether to promote them or not.
I am sure you are doing everything in your power to get people paid on time, but sometimes that simply isn’t good enough.

I understand and agree that this should not be happening, but I am coming through for all affiliates and have been getting everyone paid, even if it has taken some time. Since I came on board there was a big mess from the past affiliate managers who are no longer here and we are almost back on track after cleaning up the dirty dishes.
I do not believe that there are “a lot of problems” with our Gambling Wages team, in fact we have been clearing up and fixing many of the problems from before.
We are coming up with new and faster payment processors so everyone will start getting there payments promptly. We are answering to the ticket system (internal tickets) every day and quikly.
I am here for all affiliates, like i said before and I will make sure to speed up the payments more and more. There has been a lot of work getting everything under control and we are almost there.
Please if anyone has any issues you know where to find me.

Well, since this is the month of August I requested a change of statutes, I am CPA and I would like passed to the Committee classic!
After several messages still no answers, yet it is something simple.
I hope this will change for the month of November and that payments in September will be there soon,

Well, i was not paid in full. i got paid only 63.54 CAD
but i suppose to get paid $400+what happned to rest of money? arggg

On September 2nd you sent me an internal ticket and from what I understood, this is what I replied:
“You do have a CPA on Gambling Wages, please let me know if this is what you would like. “
Thank you,I never got a reply to this, but two more tickets where you sent me payment information.
Why don’t you send me an email and please It’s a little difficult to understand this translator. Can you please explain what you mean by”Committee classic”? I am sure that what you mean is that you would like a REV-SHARE. If so please contact me so I we can agree on your deal.
Regarding payments for September we will send this out a lot sooner so please be patient. I came through last month and I am planning to do the same and faster for this month.

If you would like I could post your stats here for the last few months? We only owed you $60 from July and those are the only earnings we have for you. If you have something different feel free to shoot me an email and if we are wrong I will be more than glad to send it to you.
