A while back Jackpot Factory rep David Brickman stated that Brightshare would be assisting in getting affiliates paid by ASUSA ….
I’ve asked our affiliate managers to do their best to assist the All Slots USA affiliates still working with BrightShare to receive the last of their payments owed by the All Slots USA team.
David Brickman
Jackpot Factory Casino SpokesmanJuly is almost here and I still have not received payments from March, April, May … When might these commissions be settled and how?
June 27, 2011 at 9:18 pm #816994AnonymousInactiveAnyone have a comment? WHY is this sort of behavior accepted?
July 17, 2011 at 6:43 pm #817461AnonymousInactiveI guess the statement that Brightshare would be assisting in getting affiliates paid was just another lie in the long laundry list of lies for this program!
A fellow colleague told me that she was informed that SpiralSolutions consider ASUSA closed, any remaining payments due – siezed, and that no further payments will be made in the future.
Nice job Spiral Solutions / Brightshare! Seriously – how can this industry ignore these wrong doings and continue to accept sponsorship / blood money from programs that screw affiliates over?
July 20, 2011 at 9:04 pm #817546buohcomMemberI just saw this, I apologize I’ve been away, let me message Brightshare and get an official statement / stance on the issue.

I’ve received your payment information from ASUSA regarding the months in question.
Your March and April earnings (there were no May earnings at ASUSA – it was closed already) were paid in May to your QuickTender account. Please check with QuickTender.
In order to respect your privacy I’m refraining from putting figures here, but if you’d like to email me – see my signature below – I can tell you the precise amount you should be looking for at QuickTender.
I hope this helps – Marcia

Received it or had it in front of you the entire time?
Brightshare = Spiral Solutions = ASUSA

Respecting my privacy? Really? I brought your clients millions over the years and I’ve been lied to over and over again ever since Spiral created ASUSA! FACT is its Brightshare / Spiral Solutions that are turning out to be trash and I am sick of the games so please dont patronize me! Others might choose to ignore this status quo BS, but I will not!
July 28, 2011 at 3:37 pm #817719AnonymousInactiveArkyt,
I’m sorry if you feel patronized – it was certainly not my intention.
If it’s alright with you, David Brickman, the All Slots Spokesperson would like to give you a call next week in order to discuss this entire issue with you personally.
Please let us know a day and time which would be most comfortable for you.
Thanks – Marcia

Well thanks for the invitation, but I would much rather he address the issues in a public arena. A good deal of affiliates are already aware of Spiral Solutions involvement(s), those who are not might be interested in learning more.
July 31, 2011 at 1:01 pm #817763AnonymousInactiveHi Arkyt,
Being that you don’t want to accept a phone call from David Brickman, he has asked me to post his following comments:
Hi Arkyt,As Jackpot Factory and BrightShare, we have nothing to add over what we’ve already stated numerous times regarding our relationship to All Slots USA. I can certainly appreciate the frustration about the closure of All Slots USA and we have been as helpful as possible with our active affiliates to get as much information as we can. If you’d like to have a discussion with me about this, please just let me when and how to reach you.
All the best,
David Brickman

I have seen no statements here OR elsewhere about the relationship of SPIRAL SOLUTIONS to the other entities – Brightshare/ASUSA and plenty more. If Brightshare or David Brickman has stated anything about that please provide me with links. Personally, I have never seen either confirm or deny that Brightshare = Spiral Solutions = ASUSA.
As I had posted in other locations several things indicated that Brightshare was acting as ASUSA.
I received Brightshare payments into Quicktender that showed up as being sent by ASUSA.
Shelley from Brightshare was logged into AGD and posting using the ASUSA account “Janet” and signing the post “Shelley” …
I received emails from ASUSA that were sent via a Brightshare IPs …
Clearly Brightshare is not interested in being fully forthcoming, but I didn’t really expect anything other than semantics, distractions, and flat out lies. Its truly a shame that others in this industry couldn’t care less about ethics.
