SUMMARY: Aspire Affiliates change terms in regards to tax and marketing restriction information.
Marketing Restrictions
In relation to pay-per-click (PPC) and keyword bidding it is hereby made clear that you may not advertise (make use in any search engine ads) or purchase or register keywords, search terms or other identifiers for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service, which are identical or similar to any of the NeoPoint trademarks or trade names from time to time or include the words ‘NeoPoint’, ‘Aspireaffiliates’,NeoGames Aspire Global’, ‘scratch2cash’, ‘hopa’,hopa’ or ‘karamba’ orokscratchcards orany variations of each of these words, or include metatag keywords on the partner site which are identical or similar to any NeoPoint trade marks or trade names from time to time. Commissions – Gaming Taxes
It is hereby clarified and agreed that applicable local gaming taxes shall be calculated as per the respective Gross Revenue share of each party and shall be paid by each such party at the rate in force on the date of due payment..
SUMMARY: Minor changes include marketing restrictions in regards to specific non-compete words and gaming taxes in relation to affiliate commissions.
